You might think they are old children’s
toys. Maybe some of them are. However, some of them are collectables, and therefore it is worth looking
carefully at these things, especially if they are old. You might want to
contact an expert.

Collectable Puppets
And Masks –
These are usually at least 20 years old, in many cases much older. Pelham
Puppets in particular can have collectable value, and may therefore be worth
selling on Ebay. Remember you do not have to do the selling yourself, there are
firms out there who can do it for you. However, in the case of the Pelham
puppets some are more valuable than others, and there have also been some of
dubious authenticity. Therefore it may be advisable to consult an expert before
putting these up for auction. Even if in poor condition it may be worth putting
them for auction.
Obviously Toy Puppets
And Masks –
If in reasonable condition then a Charity Shop is likely to be as good a place
as any for these, unless they are of a specific character, in which case they
might be of some value as memorabilia. If in poor condition, but useable then a
Give And Take Day may be an option.
