There is often a demand on community groups such as Freegle or Freecycle for second hand garden furniture, even in poor condition (as long as it is useable). If in good condition it may be possible to sell it on Ebay. It is possible some charity shops may possibly consider it, but they can be quite choosey about what is acceptable to them (so do check first).

Good Condition - one might try offering to a charity shop, but they may well deem it not their kind of piece. You can try selling it on Ebay, remember you do not necessarily have to do the selling yourself, there are intermediary firms who will do that for you.
Useable Condition – Garden furniture, even if its not in too good condition, as long as it is just about useable can be rehomed on community organisations such as Freegle.
